How to Share Your MyChart Records with Our Practice

We can access your medical records from other healthcare providers through MyChart's secure sharing feature. This allows us to provide you with better coordinated care by having access to your complete medical history.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Your MyChart Account

Visit your current healthcare provider's MyChart portal and sign in with your username and password.

2. Navigate to Share My Record

• Click on Menu (usually in the top left corner)

• Select Sharing

• Choose Share My Record

3. Select Healthcare Provider Option

• Choose Healthcare Provider from the available sharing options

• Select Download or send a snapshot

4. Choose What to Share

You can select which information to share with us. For comprehensive care, we recommend selecting All Visits, which includes:

• Medications

• Allergies

• Lab results

• Visit summaries

• Immunizations

• Medical history

5. Find Our Practice

You have two options to send your records to us:

Option A: Search by Name

• Last Name: Wooldridge

• First Name: Bryan

• Specialty: Family Medicine

• State: Washington

Option B: Enter Direct Address

• Use our secure Direct address: bryan.edmund@430840971132932.direct.elationemr.com

6. Send Your Records

After confirming your selections, click Send to securely transmit your medical records to our practice.

What Happens Next?

Your records will be securely delivered to our practice, typically within a few minutes. Dr. Wooldridge will review your medical history before or during your appointment to provide the most informed care possible.
